We don’t have a large Hungarian population in St. Louis, so the really good homemade-quality sausages are somewhat out of reach. We do, however, have access to some commercially produced Hungarian charcuterie at international supermarkets. Jay International on South Grand and Global Foods in Kirkwood come to mind. I’m starting to “feel” the solo “band.” This kinda reminds me of Sinister Dane so far, but this is just the intro I’ve scratched out. My fat are far too clumsy to play guitar. It’s why I sing. It does kinda sound like 1994, though, doesn’t it? Shouts out to Bellefontaine Neighbors.
It took me a little longer than expected to get this rundown of the rest of the demos together, but I’m back. After this post, we’ll start to look at the work on individual songs in much greater detail.
